Koralli is a brand-new, two-level maisonette just steps from the sea, located on the beautiful beach of Limni, Evia. Bright and spacious, it’s ideal for couples, friends, or families with children over 10. On the ground floor, you’ll find a cozy living room with a fireplace, smart TV, Wi-Fi, dining area, fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, induction cooktop, coffee maker), a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a shower. Upstairs, there’s a second bathroom and a loft-style room with two single beds (convertible to a king) and access to a private balcony with stunning sea views. Additional features include two more balconies (front and back), heating/cooling via heat pump, and solar-heated water. Enjoy peace, comfort, and unbeatable location—just a 5-minute walk to shops, tavernas, and everything you need for a relaxing seaside getaway.

Korali is located between two two-story buildings. The upper floors are occupied by permanent residents, while the ground floors host a bakery on the left and a flower shop on the right. The neighborhood is generally quiet, despite being in the most central area of Limni. Just a few meters away, you’ll find a grocery store, pharmacy, pastry shop, mini market, and a variety of restaurants and cafés.
The home’s central location means you can easily walk to the beach, do your shopping, and enjoy a stroll—all without needing a car. There is a road right in front of the house where you can park for free. During the summer months, parking may be more challenging due to increased visitors, but we’ll gladly guide you to find a solution if needed.
