Featuring a pool and a sun terrace, KTM Sunny Villas is located 700 metres from Poros Port and offers accommodation with private, furnished balconies with sea views. A children's pool is also available. Studios and apartments at KTM Sunny Villas feature free WiFi, safe, a TV and air conditioning. A fridge and an electric stove are available for the preparation of quick & simple meals. Featuring a shower, private bathrooms also come with a bathtub or shower and a hairdryer. Some units have a seating area with sofa. Kanali Beach is 50 metres away, while other beaches, shops and taverns can be reached within walking distance. The Archaeological Museum is at a distance of 1 km and Zoodochos Pigi Monastery at 2 km. Peloponnese and Lemonodasos with its famous lemon tree forest, can easily be reached by ferry from Poros. The property is 1.1 km from Clock Tower. A motorbike and bicycle rental company is located right across the property.

"בני הזוג מקסימים וקשובים. החדר פוה לים ונמצא קרוב לחוף קנאלי המקסים. למי שמגיע בקיץ ממליצה לקחת מונית מהנמל למלון בגלל שמאוד חם והמלון נמצא על ההר. יש קיצור דרך החוף שמאוד הקל על השהייה והצעידה שלנו לנמל בערב."
