The Sublime Retreat awaits to inspire you in the majesty of Zakynthos. La Soleil is a spectacular villa, with a private swimming pool (that can be heated with an additional fee), spa whirlpool, rolling side-ocean views, and few steps away from the sea. The villa is part of a Zante Zen Luxury Villas complex (the fourth in line), where three more villa are located in front of this villa, each with seclusion and ultimate privacy in mind. The villa features three wonderful bedrooms (on the ground and first floor), two with en-suite bathroom on the first floor and one bedroom featuring a shared bathroom at the ground floor. It can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests in real beds, and 2 more guests (preferably children ) can sleep in the two couches (0.80x2.00) in the living room. Outdoor Pool Heating Policy: - Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26 °C subject to the outdoor weather conditions. - Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November. - Advance Notice | 3 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature. - Additional Fees | 60euros/day - Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above. - Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Climate Resilience Fee A 15,00/night/villa tax(subject to change) isn’t included in booking prices. It must be paid in euros at check-in to your Host

The villa is located just a few steps away from the sea. Just within a few minutes walking distance you may find a wonderful sea food restaurant, supermarket, gas station and fast food, making it an ideal car free holiday choice. The Psarou port is only a couple of minutes walking distance, where you can rent a boat and explore the hidden gems of the island by sea. Many sandy beaches are close to the villa where you can cherish long summer days by the sea. It is only 20 minutes driving distance from the lively town of Zakynthos.
