"Nicoletta Houses" is a family run vacation home company, offering unique holiday houses and apartments of great character, in Greece. Nicoletta, along with her twin daughters, Alexandra and Christina, share their time between Santorini, Patmos and Athens, and have the pleasure of sharing their family’s properties, with visitors from all over the world. Upon a reservation’s confirmation the host is always available for any inquiries or pre-arrival arrangements regarding transportation, excursions, special occasions, etc. Staying in one of Nicoletta’s houses, guarantees personalised and discreet service, which allows guests to unwind and have a carefree stay. This simple, yet sophisticated, cosy studio offers captivating views of Kampos beach, and is the perfect setting for a relaxing and unwinding holiday experience. It is perfect for either couples or two friends due to its unique and warm ambiance Lavender studio is part of 3 studio complex that share a common terrace. Each studio has its own terrace area with an outdoor table and chairs. Lavender studio offers a king size bed, a kitchenette corner and an en suite bathroom. The studio’s highlight is its spacious terrace, perfect for enjoying home cooked meals, relaxing and enjoying the exquisite view. Guests have access to our laundry room and washing machine.

The studio is located at the beautiful and peaceful area of upper Kampos, overlooking Kampos beach. It is a 5 minutes walk from the village square, where you can find a taverna, an Internet cafe, a coffee bar and a mini market. The popular beach of Kampos is only a 10 minutes walk from the studio. The beach offers two very good tavernas and a beach bar. Skala, the main port, is at 4km. Skala, is also the commercial centre of the island where one can find restaurants, shops, super markets, bars and night clubs. Patmos’ historic main town, mediaeval Chora, is built at the top of the hill, around the fortified monastery of St.John and is at 6km from the studio.
