Please note that additional guests above the maximum occupancy are not permitted for all safety reasons and the safety of all Guests. Any non-residents invited by Guests staying at the Property will be immediately notified and asked to leave the Property grounds.

The credit card used for this reservation must be presented upon arrival by the owner, who must be one of the guests staying at the hotel. Photocopies, photographs of credit cards, third-party credit cards, or electronic credit cards (e-cards, virtual cards) are not accepted.

All Units are Non-Smoking. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartments and all interior public spaces. Smoking is only allowed in outdoor areas.

All occupancies are strictly followed due to Fire Safety Laws. If you have more people in your group, please ensure that you book an additional apartment in advance to accommodate the size of your group reservation.

The Barbeque Lounge Facility is available from 09:00 to 21:00 and can be used by all Guests staying at the Property. Additional Charges may apply.

The property's barbecue Lounge is only for the use of guests staying at the property.

Housekeeping Service is offered upon request approximately every 4 nights

The reservations are personal to the guest who originally made them and cannot be transferred to other guests. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property.

Please note that the property does not offer any playground areas in the establishment. For the comfort of all Guests, please use the playground and sports areas located along the beach, the main beach promenade walk, and the main fountain area.

To ensure a proper check-in at the Property, guests should carefully read the check-in procedures and general policies provided by the Property once their booking has been officially confirmed.

Guests arriving outside check-in hours are advised to contact the property prior to arrival.

The Property does not offer facilities for disabled guests or those who pre require extensive medical assistance and has absolutely no responsibility or liability for any incidents or occurrences related to such guests.

Additionally, as part of our Pre-Arrival Check-In logistics procedures, please provide the Exact Number of Guests and the Names of all guests staying within your Reservation for Security and pre-registration purposes, which is a Mandatory Requirement. All Guest Names submitted must match exactly the Identification Document/s (Passport or national ID) provided by the Guest/s for Registration at the Property.

Please note that third parties are not permitted to book on behalf of guests. The booker must be the guest checking in at the property.

Kindly note that any type of RVs (Recreational Vehicles), or any Oversized Vehicles, or Vehicles with w/trailers, or Commercial Vehicles are not allowed inside or outside the parking lot. It is strictly prohibited and not allowed for any reason.

Kindly note that any use of alcohol is strictly prohibited in all public areas of the Premises.
