Featuring a balcony with mountain views, a garden and barbecue facilities, Luxury Stone Apartments can be found in Ayia Evfimia, close to Agia Effimia Beach and 8.7 km from Cave Melissani. There is a private entrance at the apartment for the convenience of those who stay. The apartment provides rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. The property consists of four separate apartments on 3 different levels. Laertis, a charming one bedroom apartment on the ground floor (sleeping up to 3 guests) and Tilemachos and Penelope and Odysseus are two bedroom apartments (sleeping each up to 6 guests). All the apartments have been built with natural materials of stone and wood, handcrafted by the owner with great attention to detail and furnished with care and style offering all required facilities. Each apartment has a private patio with breathtaking views to the sea, Odysseus located on the upper level, is a bit more spacious and has a bigger private terrace with sunbeds . The guests can also make use of the beautiful outside space where they can relax, have a bbq and enjoy the views and atmosphere of this magnificent, peaceful location.

Luxury Stone Apartments are located on an elevated position on the mountainside of Agia Efimia, overlooking the picturesque village, harbour and the Ionian sea with Ithaca island on the background! Wake up early to enjoy amazing sunrises and come back to relax with unique full moon nights! The village of Agia Efimia is centrally placed on the island so Luxury Stone Villas can be the ideal base to explore it from north to south. However if you prefer to stay in the area, there is a variety of services, attractions and beaches to explore. In walking distance you can find a few beautiful pebble beaches with crystal clear waters, many traditional tavernas, bakeries, grocery store, butchers, coffee shops and bars as well as a post office, a pharmacy, hairdressers, souvenir shops, boat, car and bike rental and three ATMs. 8km from famous Myrtos beach and Lake Melissani, just 12km from unique Antisamos beach and Drogarati Cave and 8km from the village and Port of Sami connecting with Italy and mainland.
