El Marirena és un hotel de gestió familiar situat a la zona turística d'Amoudara, a 4 km del centre d'Iràklion i a 100 m d'una platja molt ben organitzada. Disposa d'una piscina. Totes les habitacions tenen aire condicionat, balcó, nevera i TV. El restaurant Dionysus, situat a l'establiment, serveix plats cretencs i mediterranis. Els clients poden gaudir d'un cafè i de còctels a l'snack-bar que es troba just al costat de la piscina. Amoudara té moltes botigues i opcions d'entreteniment.
