Αυτός ο κομψός χώρος διαμονής είναι ιδανικός για ομαδικά ταξίδια. Είναι ένα πλήρως ανακαινισμένο διαμέρισμα. Διαθέτει 2 ευρύχωρα Υ/Δ, 2 μπάνια και ένα πολύ ευρύχωρο σαλόνι. Η κουζίνα είναι πολύ βολική. Υπάρχει πάσο, αλλά και τραπέζι για φαγητό. Το διαμέρισμα είναι ρετιρέ, έχει πολύ μεγάλη βεράντα με θέα θάλασσα. Το διαμέρισμα έχει ανακαινισθεί με τα καλύτερα υλικά, και διαθέτει αντλία Θερμότητας για ψύξη - Θέρμανση
