The location of the villa is in the coastal village of Kalathas just 12 km northeast of the city of Chania, in the heart of a natural bay in Akrotiri. Which offers a unique combination of natural beauty, historical significance and cultural heritage. The highest peak in the area, Skloka, reaches 528 meters and is an excellent destination for those who love hiking and nature worship. On A short drive away you will find a supermarket for general supplies, a restaurant and a cafe-bar. At a distance of 1 km, you can visit the village of Kounoupidiana where you will find restaurants, a supermarket, a bank, private doctors and pharmacies. The city of Chania with its picturesque Venetian harbor is at a distance of 8 km. On the western side of Akrotiri, you’ll find several landmarks worth exploring: The Tombs of Eleftherios Venizelos, a site of historical importance offering breathtaking panoramic views.
