A unique traditional stone house of 180 sq m, fully renovated, with special attention to detail and respect for its history. Built entirely with stone transported from the surrounding mountains by donkey, this house was the mansion of the village and during the war years it hosted prominent personalities, including Xenophon Zolotas. Today, it offers a unique combination of traditional character and modern comfort, ideal for families or large groups. The house extends over two functional levels. On the lower floor there are three bedrooms, one of which is a master, two bathrooms and a small living room with a kitchen, so that children or younger members of the group can enjoy independent time. On the upper floor there is the main living room with fireplace, the large fully equipped kitchen, the dining room and a terrace with a magnificent view of the Oiti and Gkiona mountains. In addition, there is a WC and an attic that functions as a fourth bedroom. The layout includes four bedrooms: three with large double beds and one in the attic with a double bed. In the living room there are two sofas that easily convert into beds, and a baby cot is available upon request. The house has all the modern comforts such as air conditioning, soundproofing, flat-screen TV, dishwasher, coffee maker, Wi-Fi, as well as a courtyard and terrace for ultimate relaxation.
