We are a family run business thats been established in Patitiri for over 30 years . We offer full service on all of our properties . We have a profile of over 10 properties and are agents for other travel companies that visit the island. Our office sells travel tickets for all of the ferry connections , Athens , Volos ,Thessaloniki ,Mandouthi,Kimi, Skiathos and Skopelos. We have a fleet of cars, Jeeps and ATV s and 125cc scooters for rental . We have our own boat that we make excursions into the marine park during the summer months. We pride ourselves on our service and professional and friendly attitudes to everyone . Your satisfaction is our pleasure. This property is in a quiet scenic location very close to the small village of Votsi .A short walkaway . Patitiri is just 1.5 km away for all the usual facilities . The old town of Hora is just 2.5 km away with lots of bustling night life in the summer and quiet sleepy days out of season. The cottage is well equipped for cooking at home and has all the usual requirements . A washing machine is also a welcome addition . The large veranda that is covered offers protection from the sun . The sunbeds here to relax and chill out . The views from here overlook onto the hillside and also across the to Patitiri in the distance and to the sea . The sofa bed in the open plan living area is suitable for 2 smaller children . The cottage is of a modern style design inside with pastel colors and decoration . The built in mosquito screens and roller blinds help to protect . The cottage has air-conditioning. A flat screen tv has local channels and good wifi is provided free of charge . Safe off road parking is available for free just outside the cottage . The owners of the cottage will service and clean during your stay.

The area is just outside the small and friendly village of Votsi , the supermarket is less than a 10 minute walk . There are several tavernas and restaurants in Votsi with good traditional Greek food . The area is great for walking and you can walk to the beach In Spartines or Votsi harbout in 10 minutes . The area is quiet and peaceful and the cottages private land is safe for children . The rural beach or Tsoukalia is a 15 min walk and from here you can also pick up many of the walking trails that will take you on some of the island most scenic and beautiful places. There is a museum in Patitiri telling the stories of old folklore and the pirates . The old town also had a traditional house set as a museum . You can also visit the underwater museum in the old town and learn about the 5th century shipwreck found close to the island thats has proved to be one of the most historical finds in Greece . Qualified divers are able to dive on the wreck in an organized programme during the summer season . There are 3 scuba diving schools offering tuition for new divers and for those wishing to gain further education and qualifications .
