We can arrange to clean the house and keep it locked and unoccupied for the 3 days (and nights) prior your arrival.
Quiet, intimate, fresh, warm, ideal for families and/or people who love peace and quiet.
Villa Panorama is exceptionally located at the edge of the village with the best view.
So it is near the traditional taverns of the village and in the same time you have the feeling of living in the nature of Cretan urban landscape in front of the Cretan sea, which is 7 minutes away, just 4 km.
Equipped for e-working, e-learning. Two different internet connections guarantee the stability.
All rooms have uninterrupted views of stunning scenery and the skyline.
Bathrobes and extra Towels are also available for every guest.
The place is ideal for nature lovers, artists, yoga funs as there are breathtaking views.
It is new, modern, simple vacation house, not with extreme luxuriousness, but still with every simple thing you might need.
The house can accommodate families or groups of friends up to 9 guests (this number does not include the children in baby cribs). Extra bed could be placed upon request.
This holiday accommodation can also be booked during the winter.
In April 2021 Nicolas and Anne wrote on a rental site : " We stayed in Giannis’ apartment for six weeks for work, and we loved it! The view from the large terrace is even more stunning than in the pictures. Absolutely beautiful! We enjoyed it every day. The house is located in a tiny, very charming and quiet village.
It is nicely decorated and sparkling clean, the kitchen has everything you need. And last but not least Giannis is the nicest host you can imagine. He is always happy to help out, communication was super easy and he is just an all-around super friendly person and super helpful host. We would love to stay here again in the future! So we feel happy when you have nice moments in Panorama House as we have when we also make our vacations. We do our preparations for you as if the preparations were for us - The truth is that we and our children spend our vacations also at Panorama House.
The house is exceptionally located at the edge of the village with the best view, while also just 5' walk from the main squares with the local tavernas and traditional cafes.
Your indoor space is 120 sqm (rooms and kitchen) and outdoor space is 85 sqm (verandas) and the garden. (Most of the photos are taken either from the verandas of the house or at the beach using a simple cell phone) without any edditing.
During the hot summer you could go for swimming and ..... (as one visitor wrote in 2017 in his comments) ...... "at the hottest time of the day you could have a nice cool breeze on the veranda even at the heat of the day". All the space is full air-conditioned.
Villa Panorama consists of two different houses-apartments with separate entrances. The one (that you could rent) is the top one - the whole 1st floor - with large verandas and unique view around.
As the house is about half way between Chania and Rethymo, it is very convenient for visiting both places all around.
