Koukmos Beach- Greenspace Living are 3 independent houses
They nest amphitheatrically with a panoramic view of the bay of Kalloni and the beach of Koukmos in the area of Parakoila. They are located on an organic farm and olive grove of 40 acres, the beach is sandy and access is only from the estate, so it could be described as private, it is 80m from a natural path.
The area was classified as Natura and a wetland in 2002.
In the houses, in the attic is the bedroom with a king-size bed. The kitchen communicates with the living room, is fully equipped with all the necessary electrical appliances, kitchenware.
The verandas have a panoramic view of the bay of Kalloni, are large covered by pergolas, there are comfortable sitting rooms, a dining room. Each house has its own private garden, equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas, a table and a shower.
The garden is beautifully landscaped and well-maintained. And a feast for the eyes. Almost round the clock you will hear the chirping of birds that enrich the experience of your natural escape.
All houses have air conditions and WiFi.
They have a separate shared laundry room with a washing machine.
