Every detail has been added with great care towards fulfilling guest's preferences and wishes when on holiday. Outside, you are greeted by a private driveway leading to the villa, a secured private parking, well-kept grass in multiple levels, a magnificent private heated* swimming pool, a balcony gas BBQ and a beautiful garden with colorful flowers. Soak in some sun, dine on the sea view balcony or just relax in the swimming pool and take in the magical scenery… *there is an extra charge for pool heating. A one week notice prior guest's arrival is recommended so as for the pool to get to the temp the guests want it to be.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: This villa is located in a peaceful area where locals live with their families in a very close distance from the property. Therefore it is of high importance all guests to be respectful and avoid any activity that might disturb them. Particular attention should be paid during quite hours which are from 15.00 to 17.30 pm & from 11.00 pm to 8 am. Furthermore parties, night-swimming or using the pool at night hours, talking loudly at the balcony or listening to music late at night are strictly prohibited. This is a family friendly location, ideal for those seeking relaxing and calm holidays so guests are expected to behave in a proper manner. Thank u very much for your understanding. -The charming little village of Bohali, situated on the hill above Zakynthos town, is famous not only for its breath-taking views but also for the historical Venetian Castle. By day you will be amazed by the vibrant colors of the town and harbor, and you can sit and watch the boats rolling in and the town bustling below. By night the town twinkles in front of your eyes and provides a magical setting for an evening eating and drinking.Bohali's center is just 150 m from the villa.
