The modern residence "Phy~Sea Villa" was built in 2024, and is ready to welcome you. It is a standard prefabricated house of 45 square meters, metal construction. The name "Phy~Sea", comes from the Greek word "fysi-fýsi", which describes the nature around the house, and in order to describe the sea view, we gave the second syllable "sea" (fý-si = Phy ~Sea). It consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a single living room-kitchen area, where there is a sofa that becomes a double tie. The facilities we provide cover the needs for multi-day vacations in comfort and luxury, and we are happy to discuss with you other possible requests. Regarding other information, the house has 5G wireless wifi, Smart TV with the ability to watch various platforms, such as Netflix, Disney TV, etc. There is also a wireless Bluetooth speaker, which connects to your electronic devices, to accompany you with your favorite music during your relaxing stay. GREAT ATTENTION MUST BE IN THE POOL, AS THE DEPTH IS 1.20m, AND DIVING IS PROHIBITED!

The area where the accommodation is located is called Kalathas, where it is located in Akrotiri of Chania, with many beautiful beaches, and many gastronomic restaurants, with traditional Cretan cuisine. Kalathas is about 7 kilometers from the airport of Chania, and from the Old Port of Chania, about 10 kilometers (about 20 minutes away by car). The beautiful beach of Kalathas is just 1 kilometer from the accommodation (15 minutes walking).
