Built on 7000m2 of private grounds Piedra Villa is a stylish accommodation with traditional style, perfectly matching the location and overall atmosphere of this unique place. Built entirely with stone, wood and top quality materials, maintaining a sense of tradition while providing luxurious amenities, it consists of 2 levels and can accommodate up to 9 guests in 250 m2 with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The main space has a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare and enjoy your meals, a big living area with high quality furniture, a pool and a fire place and a dining area. Large windows open onto the beautiful covered terrace, with a large outdoor dining area, inviting you to enjoy your meals in the open air. The outdoor space consists of colorful gardens, a covered outdoor patio area and a 8m x 4m private pool with with sun beds, sofas, loungers and a hammock, where you can relax enjoying the spectacular views. There is an outdoor kitchen with BBQ and a traditional stove, a fully equipped gym, an open-air playground, where children could play safely and a 25 m2 private chapel where you can organize your wedding or any other special event!
Hi, I’m Nikos, the owner and manager of Villa Piedra and Di Sasso. I was born and raised in Kefalonia, and this is our family home transformed into two welcoming villas! We have hosted many families over the last 7 years, and several memorable special events. We will be happy to welcome you to our beautiful property and will do our best to ensure you have an amazing, relaxing time with your friends & family.
Piedra Villa is located in the village Troianata, an ideal location to enjoy the privacy and discreet isolation of the place, still centrally located so you can easily explore the beauties and attractions of the island from north to south. The property is very close to the capital of Kefalonia, Argostoli where you can stroll and enjoy your drink in the main square.
Having secured a car rental, the closest beach is at Karavados at 6km and many more sandy beaches are in less than 20 minutes drive, like Platis Gialos, Makris Gialos and Pesada. The majestic mount Ainos, with its amazing views and paths is 25 km away.
You can easily find a gas station, shops, super markets and pharmacy as they are all within a radius of 4 km.
St. George castle, one of the most beautiful and historical sites of the island is located in the nearby lush green hill. Do not forget to visit St. Gerassimos's Monastery, admire the endless vineyard valleys and visit the Robola Wine Cooperative.
There are many good restaurants all around the villa, where you enjoy a supper or dinner, with the closest one only 1 km away.
The airport only is 12 km away and the closest port is the port of Sami, 21 km away.
