Roulla Villa, situated just a short walk from Perissa Beach, offers an outdoor pool with hot tub facilities and weekly Greek theme nights. This family-run property is designed in the traditional style of Santorini. Each of the rooms features en-suite bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. Guests can choose to stay at Roulla Villa and enjoy a swim at the pool or walk to the nearby Perissa Beach. The 7-kilometres long beach, featuring black sand. Guests can have a drink at the pool bar area. Roulla Villa provides rental services. There is also a local bus stop just 50 metres from the hotel with frequent buses connecting with the other parts of the island.

Angelo is a musician he plays Lira , a traditional instrument from Crete Island and Sissy loves dancing and travelling! We will be waiting here to welcome you and get to know you better!

A traditional family managed apartments complex located in the magical island of Santorini, just 100 metres from the most famous black beach of the south Aegean: Perissa!
Roula Villa is a family run hotel that offers a large outdoor pool, a lot of facilities and comforts for its guests in order to let them feel the warm Greek atmosphere.
During the week are organized special greek dancing nights at the sound of the traditional instrument played from centuries in Greece: The Bouzouki, a typical chord – instrument that is able to create unforgettable moments.

Perissa is a lovely place if you like to relax and spend days by the beach, no stress, just you the blue and white scenery of Aegean sea together with a wonderful hospitality. Perissa is about 3 km beach that is full of life, restaurants , beach bars , water sports and endless black sand. The prices are lower than caldera and the service is excellent. We are not able to recommend specific places here but when you arrive we will share our favorite spots with you ;)
