This luxuries appointed apartment is just 30 meters or 98 feet from the Ionian Sea and the beach is accessible though a private walk way. This well appointed Apartment has a two way fire place, well appointed kitchen with granite counter tops, Wine Cooler, Full size Refrigerator, Gas stove top, Convection Oven, Microwave and Dishwasher. The kitchen is also equipped with all cookware, plates, knifes and forks, and everything you need for your daily cooking. The owners even fill your refrigerator before your arrival with local specialties.
The living room consists of a big sofa with modern colors, free WIFI, NETFLIX and flat screen TV . Their is a nice modern dining room set with a work desk and wireless printer for your convenience. The apartment has a large wrap around balcony with a seating area for 6 people to enjoy the outdoors. All of our bedrooms are equipped with a work and make up desk, adjacent bathroom with walk in showers. Shampoo, Body Soap, Towels , Hair dryer, Iron and Ironing Board is all free of charge. Our third bathroom is equipped with a washer and dryer for your convenience.
