The villa, a two-story air conditioned building with elevator, has wooden floors throughout and can accommodate 12 to 14 persons. The ground level consists of a spacious living room with stone fireplace, a large dining area, office,sitting area, a luminous large kitchen with granite floor, a store room, guests’ WC and a single guestroom with shower and WC. In front of the whole of the ground floor facing the sea, is a large covered terrace with a splendid view of the sea. The upper floor consists of four guest rooms,one with fire place. The two bedrooms have an en suite bathroom equipped with Jacuzzi, ladies boudoir, private playroom (multi gym, bike, and pink pong table and dart board). The two other double bedrooms share one bathroom equipped with Jacuzzi. Both bathrooms have mosaic tiling throughout. All bedrooms open out onto large verandas with all of which have fantastic views of Laganas Bay, Marathonisi Island (a protected marine park for the habitation of the protected Caretta-Caretta sea turtle). One can see as far as the Peloponnese. The main house is only available for rent in its entirety – it is not available on a room by room basis.
