THE GUESTS IN GRACE VILLA No1 IF LESS THAN 5 PERSONES ONE ONLY FLOOR OF HOUSE offer to guests to use as both floors same in capacity for guests and equipments if therefore the calendar of the villa Santorini Grace 1 shows availability that means one floor or both floors of the villa are open and guests can book for 5 persones maximum the one floor or both floors if more than 5 persones base to the noumber of persones is each booking double price of both floors are used ot means over 4 persones. The cist for 4 persones one floor is about 200 euros a day.

This property located in the beach of Imerovigli village beach named PORI is in the middle of the island 25 meters from the beach.The distance from airport is only 12 minutes from oia village same as well from Fyra and imerovigli same distance also from caldera side.This means that everything interested in the island is arround in small distance. The high way Airport to oia is just passing outside the property.The mountains and the beach is always your company and view.The area considered vicinity of protected part of santorini so far is not allowed more buildings except the existings before the law come.You live insiite the Nature but in a few distance you can find enything you want.The road passing outside is new just constracted and Public busses OIA -FYRA are now arranged.The vicinity is qualify for gym and sea activities the small fishing harboure gives the protection in bad weather to be safe any fishing boat.For this reason although the writer is from Imerovigli village prefer to stay always in this position ,Years sea captain and known almost all the word decite and choose this location because nothing better consider exists in this island as well in the word. The prroperty is for oone same booking each time no second booking from other booking allowed same period in the property otherwords if persones are 5 the one floor offerred the other remain close without other booking in the villa.
