Soffitta luminosa is a beautiful, sunny and nice view attic located in the quiet and historical district of Kokkinia in Preveza. It is just 3 minutes from the beach of Cote d'Azur, which is the closest beach for swimming in the town of Preveza, a beach, clean, shallow and calm with all the amenities (beach bar, café restaurant). It is also just a 10-minute walk from the historic city center and a 5-minute drive (5 km) from Aktion Airport.
It consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two semi-double beds, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a living room and a sofa bed and a comfortable bathroom with a shower cabin. It has a comfortable and beautiful balcony from which one can enjoy the view under the shade of the pergola, the sunset and the coolness of the sea breeze.
It has 3 air conditioners, 2 Smart TVs, wifi, washing machine, fridge, kitchen, coffee maker, hair dryer as well as high quality mattresses, bed linen and cotton towels.
As regards the owners, one works in the tourism sector as a hotel employee and the other is a biologist with experience in guided tours in the county and especially in areas of ecological interest such as Amvrakikos gulf area, Acherontas river and others.
They speak very well English, Italian, Spanish and basic French.
They have experience in tourism with special care in the cleanliness and pleasant stay of the visitors.
