My name is Janet and I came to Greece 40 years ago from England to see some of the world but instead met the love of my life and stayed here! Since I opened our home as a B & B the world comes to me now instead of me travelling the world!!! (Maybe one day!!) We have two wonderful children - Elizabeth is now working with me as we are extremely busy and it's a little too much for me to cope with!! Our son, Toli, lives and works in England. I absolutely love meeting so many wonderful people from the 4 corners of the globe and can't imagine my life without it!!

St Thomas B&B offers distinctive accommodation in a spacious Greek villa with a large pool & luxurious gardens. 4 well-proportioned & thoughtfully designed rooms with pristine private bathrooms provide fresh & attractive smoke-free surroundings where guests can relax & unwind.Located in Peania, St Thomas is ideally placed for visiting Athens & all it has to offer. Just ten minutes drive from Athens airport, there’s also great access to motorways, public transport & ferry ports. There are several local attractions including wineries & olive presses, with beaches and other places of interest a short drive or train ride away.We are renowned for our generous, complimentary, poolside breakfasts (08:00 - 10:00am).
Whilst staying at St Thomas, guests are always welcome to join us for impromptu coffee/drinks.

We have a comfortable home, in an outer suburb of the city of Athens with a garden full of ancient, gnarled, olive trees, which, in the autumn, drip their fruit into our azure swimming pool.
Our location is ideal, being only a 10-minute drive from Athens Airport with easy access into the city centre and just off the motorway which circles Athens giving travelers to the South and North of Greece immediate access. The village square of Peania, located at the foot of Mount Hymittos, is a 20' walk from our B & B for guests wanting to relax in one of the coffee shops or taverns. For a short while one can feel part of a small, agricultural, village life and watch locals going about their daily business, playing "tavli" (backgammon) in a local cafe, having loud political discussions or just sitting drinking coffee, twirling their "worry beads". One may even have the good fortune to see a Greek wedding in the beautiful Church of Zoodochou Pigi. There is also a very interesting cave to visit half way up Mt. Ymettus. (the mountain which divides us from the city of Athens). The beautiful and interesting Attica Zoological Park is only a 10 minute drive.
