Built in 2015, the building was built in the traditional patmiotic style, mainly by local craftsmen using the island's building materials. A large sun-drenched terrace offers spectacular views of the harbour town of Skala and the Chora with its famous monastery (UNESCO World Heritage Site). Another north facing terrace offers shade and a beautiful view of the surrounding area. The apartment is in a quiet but central location. The main town Skala can be reached on foot in approx. 15 minutes and with a scooter in approx. 3 minutes. There are supermarkets and various other shops as well as numerous bars, clubs and restaurants. Bored people shouldn't come up. And - almost the most important - the island has numerous really great beaches. Beside the city beach of Skala, which is almost in front of the front door, the beach Meloi, which is approximately 1,5 km away, is a real highlight. THE beach of the island is Psilli Amos, which can be reached both with the boat tours offered in the harbour, and with the bus or scooter (with following small hike). Now a note about the accommodation: The STUDIO 1 is a holiday apartment. The handover to the guests takes place in a clean condition and the beds are made up with fresh linen. That is included in the price. Additional bed linen, towels and beach towels are available in the accommodation and can be used by our guests if required. A washing machine is also available. Further cleaning of the accommodation during the stay is not included. These can be requested and carried out for an additional charge.

We ourselves have been travelling to Patmos for about 30 years and have fulfilled a dream with the apartment, which we of course also use ourselves. We would be happy if we could inspire our guests for this beautiful place.
