The lodge is our home that we love to share with you .its part of a wooden Scandinavian style house.devided into a main house and guest apartnent
With views over the Ionian sea ,and the mountains of mainland Greece.
the Lodge is situated just 10 minutes walk from the beautiful village and beach of Messonghi.
Within the beautiful 5000sqm of grounds, there is a 12x3.5m pool, which also features a seating area, an outdoor BBQ, .
Relax by the pool, watch the buzzards soaring above the endless olive and cypres trees enjoy the peace and tranquillity at your leisure.
Or go for a hike just of the doorsteps up to the historical sorrounding villages up in the hills .such as chlomos and agios Demitris .
Also you can hire a car ,or scooter to discover the lush beautiful island of corfu or take a boat trip to nearby islands of Paxos. Just 10 min walk down the hill from the lodge you find massongi river with several choices of boat excursions .
at your private accomdation you ll find all you need for your stay .and as we live on the premises can always ask us for anything extra you need for your stay ,we ll be very happy to provide you with ,if we can .
when staying at the lodge you should feel very free ,safe,.relaxed be yourself and treat it like your home .
We are of mixed race as Mike is from Cornwall southwest England and i am of Egyption origins ,we met on a diving boat in the red sea 1995 so little old but not too much I am 54 yrs
we are a well travelled couple, especially by sea, as Mike is a retired ship captain. and nahla me ,,used to work on yachts as well . we also had our own sailing yacht where we lived aboard ..
but as years gone by we decided to choose tiera firma .,,hence we bought this beautiful 5000sqm land in Corfu. where we built our wooden house and started our retired life ..well early retirement ..we also have a dog so very pet friendly .
The lodge is so peaceful with tranquil mountain and sea view yet with in walking distance to all amenities. its got a country feel that connects to nature with all the modern comforts
car hire ,quad bikes ,scooter hire is available or can be arranged through the owners .also bus stops are near by .
