With your first steps at the entrance to the Tree of Life, paintings, modern artifacts and retro (every year new works are added) and the seemingly incoherent abundance of objects, in combination with aromatic plants, Cretan aloe, jasmine and Yucca palms, the candles at sunset, begin to tantalize the senses of visitors with the colours and aromas of Crete.
Each room has a different theme, and name. There is a noble surreal and folklore feel which embraces the communal areas, moments of relaxation at the aromatic garden of the pool with the pool bar serving refreshing cocktails and at the meeting point, "YAMAS" can be heard in many languages.
The style of the Tree of Life is a voyage which began 8 years ago. From the start, Angeliki tried to combine the amenities for relaxing holidays with the aroma of art and true hospitality, on one of the most beautiful islands in the world, ww words about the Art Hotel

The "Tree of Life" is a meeting spot of travellers from all over the world, friendly towards families, designed with a love of the arts, a comfortable stay and the "art" of hospitality.
The Tree of Life is a symbol of almost all civilizations, and for us a symbol of recreation and of connecting diverse civilizations and nationalities.
On the northern point of the prefecture of Chania, on the island of Crete, only 30 steps from the sandy beach of Agia Marina with the azure, warm sea, where, if you are lucky you will see the caretta-caretta turtles that hatch in mid-summer.
Most of the rooms have a view of the pool and the interior garden, with beautiful Yucca palm trees. At the pool bar you can taste refreshing cocktails with fresh herbs and Cretan aloe from our garden.
Don't miss breakfast, which is served up to 11:00 am. We don't clear the tables until everyone has had their breakfast.
A week is not sufficient to taste everything from the buffet.
Marmalade made by us, kaltsounakia with spinach, Cretan olive oil, "kouloura", orange cake with extra virgin olive oil (also home-made),fresh fruit and vegetables in-season, Greek yoghurt with thyme honey from the area, etc
