Tristrato house was built in the 16th century and holds the spirit and charm of the old island architecture. Fully renovated in 2021 according to all modern requirements, it offers convenience and comfort for 4 people. The separate bedroom has access to a beautiful cossy balcony. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, refrigerator, electric kettle, toaster and a coffeemaker. The authentic details from the old construction are preserved as a reference to the past. In the family bedroom you can find a corner tailored for relaxation with a pullout sofa suitable for 2 people to sleep on. There is also a cosy corner with a dinner table. The natural sunlight flows through the rooms and a purification installation is taking care of the clean air inside. The bathroom has a built-in shower, an authentic custom made (poured out) sink and plenty of space for your toiletries. A washing machine and a dryer are also available. A stand-out architectural element is the staircase leading to the roof garden where you can find a comfortable relax zone.
15 years ago we visited Paros for the first time. We found ourselves falling in love with the island, the town, the atmosphere and the people here. We wanted to set up our own corner here and that is how Casa de la Roca came to be in 2019. And this year Tristrato opened up. We sincerely hope that our guests will be charmed and create some wonderful memories experiencing the magic of Paros Island. We created Tristrato with a lot of love and we are glad to share it with everyone who chooses our guest home for their vacation destination.
Tristrato is located at the capital Parikia at one of the prominent places of the town where three picturesque lanes cross. Five meters away a magnificent blossoming Bougainvillea leans over the local Symposium bistro. Everywhere you go you will find cozy restaurants and little local shops. The guest home’s interior design is minimalistic and at the same time it’s equipped with everything you might need for a relaxing and invigorating experience. Soft colors, coziness and the opportunity to enjoy the sunset above Parikia with a glass of wine on the rooftop will ensure memorable moments for every guest.
