The neighborhood is peaceful, around the villa there isn't very much but vineyards and a few neighbors but it very near to the center of Messaria (5min by foot) where you can find anything you need like a supermarket, taverns and the bus stop which makes every destination on the island easily accessible since the public bus service on the island is rather reliable and you can catch a bus every 10 minutes.
