The property consists of 2 detached one-bedroom villas, one on ground floor and the second on 1st floor. Please note that the villas are only connected externally by stairs, therefore it is not suitable for families with young children. When the property is rented by a couple, it is used SOLELY by that couple. The property is not shared between random couples. The property has a private infinity pool located on the roof top of the building, along with a terrace and a garden. It's a newly built villa, with a modern and stylish interior design, offering breathtaking sea views. The property has fully equipped kitchen, including Nespresso coffee machines. A welcoming basket of fresh fruits will be waiting on your arrival, along with free minibar products. The pool area includes a minibar and a shower, so that you don't have to leave this amazing view for refreshments. A beautiful small beach is only a 5-minute walk. Renting a boat and exploring the coastline and the islands is a must. Historical sites and other tourist attractions are less than 1-hour drive.
