This villa features a private pool, a garden, barbecue facilities, free WiFi and free private parking. The property is soundproof and is located 4 km from Cave Melissani. What i love in this house is the spectacular view into the valley from the veranda, also that villa is surrounded from so much green,there is so much quiet,and of course the sound of the water of the small stream that flows only 200 m away.Not to forget that swimming in the brandnew swimming pool is fantastic and very relaxing.
I am a civil engineer,i work for the municipality of kefalonia.I am married with Niki which is a teacher.
We both grew up and went school in Argostoli,we have 3 children .
Our Villa is located right at the edge of the pretty village of Grizata in the exclusive Sami region in the west of Kefalonia. The beautiful views from the front of the villa are of olive groves & cypress trees . Crizata is a small Greek village 3km away from Sami port where you can find good restaurants, harbour side bars & tavernas, internet cafe, shopping (fresh fish, fruit markets) .
Sightseeing :
Antisamos famous beach is only 7km away from the Villa: a spectacular beach surrounded by impressive verdant hills, with turquoise-blue, crystal clear water ideal for snorkelling. Water sports on offer.
Along the coastline Sami - Agia Efimia (3-12 km from the Villa) there are numerous little white pebble coves with crystal clear water, ideal for snorkelling.One of them is Santa Paraskevi , with beach bar and a nice restaurant
/taverna by the sea.
A 20 min drive from the villa is the renowned 'Myrtos' Beach (white sand and pebbles, blue-turquoise waters), voted one of the best beaches in the world.It is also one of the most photographed beaches in the world.
Other Activities: hiking, snorkeling, swimming, trips to ithaka,lefkas, wine tasting nearby.
