A unique architectural home which embraces family spirit in its décor and amenities, a good time is assured for the whole family and beyond at this characterful Cretan villa. Contemporary, spacious interiors and carefully selected furnishings complete this eco-friendly stone house, which happily sits among olive groves, blooming flowers and lemon trees. The private saltwater pool is the perfect spot for some family fun, as trees offer shade and the sun loungers provide ideal spots for relaxation come supervision time!
Neighbourhood information
- The seaside village of Kalathas is located 8km northeast of Chania, in the heart of a large natural bay on the Akrotiri peninsula, which is open to the north winds. Kalathas is a relatively modern village, which has been inhabited by residents of Chania who wanted to live among tranquillity while retaining proximity to the city centre
- The beach in front of the village here is beautiful, with fine, white sands and shallow crystal clear water. Opposite Kalathas, there is a small island which you can easily reach by swimming. This beach is very well organized offering sun umbrellas, water sports, restaurants, hotels, mini markets and more!
- You will find two small supermarkets nearby this villa, alongside many shops in the nearby Kounoupidiana Village
- Chania International Airport is just a 15 minute drive from this home (8km)
