In natural surroundings overlooking the village of Kassaandreia is the Sunrise Villa. A modern and spacious house located on the 1st peninsular of Halkidiki, better known as the Paradise of Greece. Located on the outskirt of the village you have easy access to all shops and supermarkets and a local market every Tuesday. The villa has split levels . The ground level has an open plan lounge, kitchen, dining area, working area and small powder room. The open plan stairway leads you to the upper floor, 2 bedrooms with balconies and beautiful panoramic views of the surrounding area. On the lower floor is another bedroom with balcony and on the ground floor a full bathroom and also not forgetting a gym. All rooms have AC (not gym). All windows are equipped with mosquito nets. On request we can offer an extra bed, travel cot and high chair if required without charge. The village is only 5km for the awarded blue flag beach resorts of Siviri and Kaltihea with their restaurants, beach bars, cafes and pizzerias. With the local nightlife only a short drive away too. Within 2500 sqmtrs of private garden and electric gate you have all the privacy and security you wish. Plenty of parking area too. Pets on request
