The villa features four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a w.c., a fully-equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher and a washing machine. The living area and the kitchen are bright and airy, with large windows that provide plenty of natural light and offer fantastic views of the surrounding countryside. The room is equipped with comfortable seating, a 65 inch flat-screen smart TV, and a fireplace to provide a warm and cozy atmosphere. Outside, the villa has a large terrace and garden, which is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The terrace has a shaded area with a fully equipped kitchen, smart TV, BBQ etc and the garden has a wheelchair-friendly path leading to it. The private swimming pool is also wheelchair-friendly, with pool hoist and steps that are easy for guests to use. The villa also features air conditioning and free Wi-Fi throughout the property. The villa is situated just 10 minutes drive from the airport, 5 minutes from Zakynthos town and 10 minutes from the nearest beach (Tsilivi sandy beach). The property is also conveniently located to explore all the beauties of Zakynthos island. A supermarket, a butcher shop, a gas station and local restaurants are located close to the villa for all your day-to-day needs.
