Konstantinos & I are delighted to welcome you to our villa 'Iceberg', we are a young family with 4 children, we live nearby to the villa and will be available for you during your holiday here in Kalamaki.

Villa Iceberg in Kalamaki, open plan living space, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, spacious garden with private swimming pool. The interior living space is open plan and it is decorated in earthy colours with comfortable furniture. In the living room there is a fireplace to keep you company on winter & autumn days. The villa provides a fully equipped kitchen. The Villa is a 2-floor house and consists of 4 bedrooms. 1 double bedroom on ground floor. 1 double bedroom on 1st floor. 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds also in the 1st floor. There are also 2 bathrooms, one in the first floor and one in the ground floor. In the one there is also a hydro-massage cubicle. All the balconies of the villa have a view of the swimming pool and are equipped with outdoor wooden furniture. The swimming pool is private (3x5m) and next to it there are also sun lounges & BBQ facilities.
The villa has A/C, Wifi and TV is also provided.
There is a garage area you can use.
There are available baby cot and high-chair upon request.
Villa is located in a 300m² plot, is totally private and it is surrounded by a wall.

Shopping facilities, restaurants and etc are within walking distance. Kalamaki is just 65 km from Heraklion Kazantzakis Airport and 2 hours drive from Chania Airport
