Villa Ismini is located on the Kalamaki peninsula known for its peaceful location in the countryside. Villa Ismini is developed to two levels, below the street level. On the first level: 1. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a very specious wardrobe, A/C and the safe box. 2. The second bedroom has two single beds (90*200) which can be used either as they are or as a king size bed with the use of a high quality matress topper, a wardrobe and A/C. 3.The second bathroom, situated just outside the second bedroom. Both bathrooms of the main house has been completely renovated in 2023. 4. An closet with the washing machine and clothes dryer 5. The living area with two comfortable couches with amazing sea and forest view, a LCD-TV and stereo system as well as open fireplace. 6. The fully equiped kitchen and the dining area wiht a spacious wooden table suitable for 6 persons. 7. Outside the kitchen there is the exterior dining area with a barbeque, sun ombrella and beautiful sea and forest view. On the second level - pool level, there are the infinity pool, a large veranda with sun ombrela and sundeds and the guest house. The guest house has a bedroom with two single beds (90*200), wardrobe, tv, A/C, bathroom and a kitchenette. The beds of the guest house can also be used as a king size bed with the use of a high quality matress topper. To go from the main house level to the pool level you have to go down external stairs. The main house and the guest house are bookable as a whole. The villa is NOT suitable for guests with mobility issues as it is developped in two levels, with external stairs from the street level to the villa and from the main house to the pool level. Also the pool has not an easy access entry Τhe villa is not also suitable for guests with pollen or insect allergies, or insect and animal phobias as it is located in the forest For babies and children up to 3 years old, we can provide you with a baby cot with no extra charge of course.
