Villa Lamar is situated in the hills above Marathias giving you stunning views of the beautiful Marathonissi Island (Turtle Island) and Laganas Bay. The villa is at a location for those people that want to relax and enjoy their stay but without being too far away from civilization. There are high quality restaurants just down the road in the nearby resort of Limni Keri. Villa Lamar is a new build and has been built to a very high standard for all your needs. Every bedroom has a 42" TV which is connected to Netflix, YouTube, Spotify etc. The main living area is spacious and very comfortable with a 52" TV also connected to Netflix, YouTube, Spotify etc.

The area of Marathias is mainly countryside with plenty of trails and treks for those who like to go for a walk. In the nearby Limni Keri (10 mins by car) there are some very popular tavernas and restaurants overlooking the beach and harbor. In the resort there are also coffee shops, bars, supermarkets, bakery and gift shops. The main resort in Zante, Laganas (Party Resort) is 30 minutes away by car/ taxi.
