I am a mother of 4 beautiful children, a grandmonher of 4 beautiful babies and a loving wife. I raised my family with love and care and as my children made their own families, there was much space for just my husband and me, so we thought of turning oir 2 country homes into vacation rentals and share all this love we have with all the people that will choose to spend their days in my beloved Chania.

Villa Levanda Zea is a new, traditional 2-bedroom Villa with a private pool, located on a hillside in the traditional village of Exopolis. It offers an open plan living room with a TV and fireplace, lovely landscape views and access to the pool area through sliding doors. A fully equipped kitchen with a dining table is provided as well as a common bathroom with a bathtub and a washing machine. Two bedrooms, one bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with two twin beds are offered, while an additional portable bed can be added. Air condition in every bedroom, wireless internet, hairdryer and iron are provided. A private pool of 18 sq m with a children corner, sun loungers and an outdoor seating area with panoramic nature views is offered. A garden with aromatic local herbs and trees and parking space are provided.

A few traditional cafes and taverns can be found next to the villa, while the sandy beach and the lovely small town of Georgioupolis are easily reached by car with a 5-minute drive (3 km away). Georgioupolis is a picturesque waterfront village with an organized sandy beach, a small river and water sports, numerous taverns, cafes, bars, mini markets and shops. A small canyon, which ends at Kalivaki beach in Georgioupolis is also ideal for hiking lovers. The town of Rethymno is about 25 km away, and Chania is about 35 km away.
