Boasting a patio with mountain views, water sports facilities and an open-air bath, Villa Naya by the Beach can be found in Anavissos, close to Mavro Lithari Beach and 17 km from Lavrion Technological and Cultural Park. This beachfront property offers access to a balcony, darts, free private parking and free WiFi. Guests have access to a hot spring bath, fitness room and public bath. The holiday home with a terrace and sea views has 2 bedrooms, a living room, a flat-screen TV, an equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and an oven, and 2 bathrooms with a walk-in shower. Canoes and kayaks are provided at the beach bars which stay open until late at night for a refreshing drink!!! Explore the garden, the quiet roads among nature and mountain as well as the unique waters at the blue-flag beach and its organized beach bars and hidden taverns. Enjoy the beach life !!! Villa Naya by the Beach is a spacious and well equipped villa 200 m from the beach & beach bars, surrounded by a serene and playful garden. At the beach there is a tennis court, a kiosk-mini market, a fish tavern, a barbeque canteen by the beach and a basketball court. If you have a car you can enjoy the sights around the area such as the lake of Vouliagmeni, the Poseidon temple and many other hidden gems !!! The bus station is only 250m from the villa that takes you to the near villages, Athens and Sounio. If you like the buzz at night, the village of Saronida is only at 1 km. with cinemas , cafes, restaurants and what have you!! The fish restaurants at Palaia Fokaia by the sea are the best of their kind. The airport of Eleftherios Venizelos is in 22 km, the Port of Lavrio is in 18 km and the Port of Piraeus is in 32 km.
