Our stone summerhouse of 165 m2 in Kastelakia, is a traditionally decorated villa with very modern facilities, located on a cliff side 30 meters above the sea. Spectacular panoramic views and unforgettable breath taking sunsets compose the ideal setting for a serene Mediterranean experience. The villa is build in two levels, the ground floor has a large living room with a fireplace, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom (with shower) and a second living room-open bedroom (two single built-in brick beds, isolated from the rest of the space with curtains). The first floor has one en-suite bedroom (one built-in brick double bed), a double room (two single built-in brick beds) a bathroom (with shower). In this floor there is also a little storage room where you can find the laundry machine, a large freezer, hoover etc. Windows and screens from both bedrooms lead to a private sheltered veranda giving wonderful views over the seafront. Complimentary traditional drinks and nibbles will be provided upon arrival. Cleaner service and change of linen & bath towels once a week. Kea, also known as Tzia, is one of the closest islands to Athens. There are three to four boats a day going to and from the Island. Most of the houses are built from local stone, giving Kea its unique look. The island has retained its natural charm and is ideal for those that want to relax in the sun and swim in the crystal blue waters of Kea. The house is part of a small complex of three villas, each completely independent of each other. While having the security of two other neighbouring houses, it is situated in an isolated location ideal for those looking for a tranquil and peaceful environment. In front of the house down the cliff there are little spots on the coast and beaches for those who enjoy swimming in privacy, snorkelling or diving. Around the area, there are hills and paths for guests who enjoy long walks in nature and hikers that would like to explore new challenges. Our house is located between the Pisses and Koundouros settlements. Both Koundouros and Pisses bay are within 5 min drive. There you can find water sports activities, cafeterias, beach bars, restaurants and convenience stores.
