With mountain and sea views, Villa Sunset offers a relaxing summer experience. The house features a stone-paved patio where you can enjoy the magnificent sunset with a glass of wine and an organic garden where you can treat yourself to tasty vegetables and fruits. A beautiful, spacious, and quiet house with all the comforts. A special place to relax and enjoy your stay.
A stone staircase leads you to the first floor of the house. The property was built in 2024 and has modern inside decoration and beautiful stonework outside. The house is spacious (100 sq m inside), comfortable, and fully equipped. The windows have nets, so guests don’t have to worry about mosquitoes. By opening the windows, a lovely sea breeze is felt throughout the rooms. The house has a relaxing atmosphere; it’s peaceful and bright.
There are two bedrooms with queen-sized beds, a living room with a big angled sofa, a large dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a storeroom, and two bathrooms with showers and bidets. Additionally, there is a patio next to the living room, a private parking area, a backyard, and a front garden. Overall, the house accommodates four people (two additional people can stay on the large sofa).
Villa Sunset is just 3km outside of the capital city and sits in between the two most popular tourist destinations, Pithagoreio and Kokkari, both located around 8km away. It’s a great starting point to get to the most visited beaches and museums on the island. For more information, please feel free to check the host guidebook in the "Where you'll be" section.
The international airport is 10km away, and the local seaport just under 4km. Most guests in the area choose to rent a car, as Samos is a big island with many places to explore. Taxi is another option if you don't want to drive. We offer private parking on the property, and we're happy to assist you with car rental arrangements.
