The villa has been fully renovated and the swimming pool is a new wonderful addition. It offers amazing views to the sea and the stunning sunset. The spacious veranda is ideal for relaxation. You can use all facilities, including the large barbecue, where you can prepare your own meals, or ask us to arrange for a barbecue specialist to visit you to prepare a great dinner. The villa consists of 3 double bedrooms, one of which is located at the semi-basement and is actually a cosy studio with free-standing bathtub. The main villa features 2 bathrooms. The master bathroom, where you can also enjoy the steam-bath and a smaller bathroom with shower. All areas are air-conditioned. The fully equipped kitchen comes with stovetop, oven, microwave oven, Nespresso coffee machine and all kitchenware that you need to prepare your own meals. Free WiFi throughout the premises. Free parking area, where at least 2 cars can be parked.

We love traveling a lot, and we usually try to combine relaxation with new experiences and new places. We are a family of 3 (our son is now 11 years old) and we love spending time all together, swimming, playing and reading news and books. Having relaxation and fun in mind, we created this beautiful villa with a lot of attention to detail, which is ideally located for daily trips and excursions to unique places of the Peloponnese.

For your everyday needs, there is a grocery shop at 100m, as well as a Meat shop. If you feel like eating out, there are several bars and restaurants at the neraby village of Vrachnaiika, at a distance of 3km. The location of the property is unique. The garden includes trees and flowers and a great barbecue area. There is a large area of green where you can relax or where children can safely play around. From here, you can organize great trips to Ancient Olympia, to Delphi and other significant archaeological sites. There is a Water Park with water slides at 10min by car. At 20min drive you can enjoy the long sandy beach of Kalogria and visit the unique forest of Strofylia. We can help you with that!!
