We have build three unique houses that have been created with respect for the village, its inhabitants and the surrounding architecture. Experience the magic for yourselves. The village of Emporio is yet to be discovered by mass tourism and provides an experience like living with the locals. It offers all the amenities like grocery stores, restaurants and small cafés while maintaining a laid back ambience for a relaxing vacation.
We are Sebastian and Martine - an international couple that has its roots in the Netherlands and in Greece. While working all over the world we met on a business trip and decided to start exploring the world together. We get most of our creative energy from being outdoors, close to the sea and under the sun.
With our passion and attention to detail within all corners of the house, each property transforms from a house into a home. And slowly slowly throughout your stay the surroundings become so familiar - we believe that you will change from being a visitor to becoming a local.
The traditional village of Emporio is located on the Southern part of Santorini and is yet untouched by mass tourism. Its picturesque white-washed houses have been built around the medieval castle and the church of Holy Mary on the top of the hill, creating a uniquely cozy and laid back atmosphere surrounded by locals. While the priest is calling for prayer on Sunday, you can hear the goats descending from the mountain with their bells ringing in the distance.
