It’s a traditional two-story stone house, 140 square meters in size, perfect for families, couples or small groups looking to explore the area in a more authentic way. The house sits within a private farm estate, with a large garden, vineyard, ducks, geese, and a friendly dog. It’s fully equipped with spacious rooms, a kitchen, living area, fireplace, fast Wi-Fi, and easy access by car. I’m a permanent resident of Kalavryta, a professional photographer, and I’ve been active in the local community for decades. I live nearby and am available if you need anything during your stay. If you're looking for a peaceful, clean, and functional place in nature, with a real local character, you’re more than welcome.

In the centre of Kalavryta you will find plenty of cafeterias, restaurants and taverns where you can try local meat and traditional dishes of the area. You will also enjoy walking along the central pavement of the town with all kinds of local shops and, of course, the Municipal Museum of the Kalavryta Holocaust. A trip through the valley of the Vouraikos river on the rack railway, known as Odontotos, is really fascinating.
