The Xenos family Nikolas and Maria Lydia have called Kos home for over 20 years. Nikolas is responsible for the design of all the villas, including the pools and gardens. Maria Lydia is head of hospitality and ensures each guest has an incredible experience at the villas. Their 3 children Stephanie, Katerina, and Yiannis all help with the villas as well. The Xenos villas are truly a family-run operation.

The first floor has 2 sea view bedrooms with double beds, a large bathroom with bath tub, and a sea view studio (30 sq. meters) with twin beds, kitchenet, and en suite bathroom with shower. On the second floor there is the living room (60 sq. meters) with fitted kitchen, fire place, and a bathroom. There is a large veranda 2.5 x 6 meters with a very beautiful sea view over the Aegean sea and island of Kalymnos. At the south side of the sitting room, there are 2 very large windows (3x2 meters) facing the largest mountain of the island, Dikaios.
