Please note that the same credit card used for booking must be presented upon check-in and the name on the credit card must be the same as the guest checking in.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.

The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize your card for the entire period of stay prior to arrival. Kindly note that if a debit card is provided for such purpose, the related amount will be deducted by the bank during the pre-authorizing process, and the hotel shall not be responsible for this under any circumstances.

No Show Policy: In the event of no-show, hotel will only hold the room until the next day at 11:00 for all guaranteed bookings. (except non-refundable bookings).

Maximum 1 guest name can be reserved 2 rooms.

For non-refundable bookings, making changes to personal information is not allowed.

In line with new regulations by the Hong Kong Government, hotels will no longer provide complimentary disposable plastic toiletries in guest rooms. Guests are encouraged to bring their own reusable items. However, if you've forgotten any essentials, they are available for purchase at HK$1 at the hotel lobby vending machine.
