Shuttle service between the hotel, Middle Road and The Sun Arcade runs every 20 to 40 minutes. The hotel also offers 100% electric transportation with branded limos which can be booked pre-arrival. It is only a seven-minute walk from MTR East Tsim Sha Tsui, as well as from the Tsim Sha Tsui East Bus Terminus, Cross-harbour Bus stops, and the Hong Kong Coliseum. It takes ten minutes to get to MTR Tsim Sha Tsui. A public outdoor field for basketball is also right next to the hotel.
