Kuća Milena nalazi se u mirnom dijelu Nerezina Podgora, podno planine Osoršćica okružena zelenilom.
Apartman je moderno i kompletno uređen sa svim sadržajima za opušten odmor.
Na Terasi ispred apartmana nalazi se i vrt gdje se u miru i tišini može relaksirati uz cvijeće i autohtono bilje.
Ulica je sporedna , vrlo mirna.
Plaža Mirna i Galboka udaljena je 7 minuta pješice, planina Osoršćica.vrh Televrin 588 metara penjanje oko 1:30 sati,možete provesti aktivni odmor uz ronjenje, windsurfing,kajaking i planinarenje.
Šetnja Osorom pruža poseban ugođaj maloga tisućljetnog gradića opasanog zidinama a ispunjen lijepom Gradskom Vijećnicom,
Katedralom i Biskupskim dvorom.
U Malom Lošinju možete posjetiti poznati Muzej Apoksimen.
