Cijeli objekt je detaljno renoviran 2014. godine i jako puno pažnje je posvećeno energetskoj učinkovitosti, zaštiti okoliša koristeći prirodne materijale, ugradnjom solarnog sistema za pripremu tople vode, ugrađenoj led rasvjeti i sl. Dio unutrašnjosti objekta renoviran je i 2018. godine.
Moja obitelj i ja jako volimo putovati i razgledavati nova odredišta. Nadam se da ćemo ih posjetiti što više!
Četvrt u kojoj se nalaze Apartmani Panorama naziva se "Balan". Nalazi se na otoku Čiovu u neposrednoj blizini stare gradske jezgre UNESO grada Trogira. Sa vrha "Balana" se pruža prekrasan pogled na grad Trogir i na okruški zaljev.
Sve je jako blizu i nije potrebno vozilo.
