An amazing newly renovated flat with a great central position. Four star apartment, a extraordinary view at the city and the bay located on a small hill. Apartment has luxury equipment, and the best for the last is sunny big terrace with sitting area where you can enjoy your morning coffee and breakfast and in the evening it turns into a great corner for hanging out and enjoying a good glass of wine.

Apartment Splendid Marjan is situated at a unique location, in the city centre, and near the Park Forest Marjan. You can enjoy panoramic view of the city and walk along the green oasis of the city of Split. Park Forest Marjan offers cycling, hiking and jogging trails. It's defintely unique since it has a hill on the backs and the sea in front. Neighbourhood is the oldest in Split, and it is called "Veli Varoš". It is full of old houses, small unique streets full of small taverns and restaurants.
Everything is so close the apartment-centre, Diocletian palace, ferry port, bus and train station, restaurants, bars, tobacco shops.
