PARKING Parking is public and free for our guests in front of the building and nearby but cannot be reserved. Guests must find parking and park on their own. Parking space cannot be reserved and is not included in the price of accommodation. Guests who want to park in our private garage should book in advance a place in the garage which is paid 25 Eur per day. The garage is not in the building. We drive you for free (5 minutes with our car) to the garage where you park and drive you back.

Our Roki family (old name Rocchi) is originally from the nearby island of Vis or Issa (ancient Greek name). More than 200 years ago, we were engaged in the cultivation of vines and the production of our own wine, especially the indigenous type of white premium wine "Vugava". One part of the family has remained living on the island of Vis to this day and has maintained the tradition of producing their own wine which you can taste in the restaurant-Dalmatian tavern "Roki's" located in our old stone family house. In some photos in the rooms you can see some of our own wines in the rooms and taste as a welcome drink and feel the taste of the centuries-old tradition of winemaking from the island of Vis, which was recently declared one of the world's 10 paradise islands. Our guests, with our help in organizing excursions, can visit the island of Vis and taste top quality wines and local organic food in our old family house surrounded by numerous vineyards. Soon our guests will be able to visit on the island of Vis our eco agricultural self-sustaining farm that will engage in completely natural food production without any artificial additives and chemicals.

We are a 5-minute walk (600 meters) from the old town and the 1700-year-old Roman Diocletian's Palace, the Riva (the most beautiful promenade) ferry port and the many museums in the old town. We are located near (300 meters) the famous sandy beach "Bačvice" which has a blue flag for the purity of the sea and the richness of content. Also close to us (10 minutes walk) are the tennis courts of our tennis club Split and the popular tennis player Goran Ivanišević, the winner of Wimbledon. Golf courses are 7 kilometers away. Also the possibility of going rafting. The beautiful ancient Salona 2000 years old is 10 km from Split and we offer the possibility of excursions. Also nearby are Krka National Park (waterfall), the old town of Trogir, Omis, lookout and Biokovo National Park, Makarska, Klis Fortress (the place where the "Games of the Throne" were filmed).
