Dear passenger, before I introduce myself to you, let me express a great and warm welcome to my hometown of Umag! I am looking forward that you will have, starting from here, the opportunity to get to know our entire region, which we Istrians are very proud of. My name is Nataša, I live&love this city and that is one of the reasons why I am, among other things, a licensed guide for the Istrian region in Italian, English and Spanish language. My whole family live actively and enjoy life in nature and outdoor sports. We attend races and trails throughout Croatia and actively walk and hike. We consider ourselves lucky to live in such a beautiful area and we will selflessly try to give you the best service we can to make you feel comfortable with us. Our four apartments are totaly renovated a few years ago. The predominant color in the apartments on the first floor is blue while in the apartments on the second floor the predominant color is green. The meaning of these colors can be found in the geographical characteristics of the Istrian region. Blue evokes the sea and the coast, while green refers to the natural features of the interior of Istria. Inside some of the apartments there are large prints of paintings by our Croatian academic painter Mirna Sišul, whose work we support and love. With her works Mirna wants to say that we live in a beautiful world, full of beauty and joy… beauty is in a grain of dust, in a drop of water, in a discarded piece of paper, in a pile of garbage and in everything where the view reaches… and this is the only world which we have and it is a great fortune to be a guest in it. Also not less worthy to mention is that all our apartments are equipped with air condition & internet wi fi connection.

The recently renovated apartments are located a step away from the sandy beach in the heart of the tourist resort Punta. Surrounded by a pine forest nearby, there are sports facilities such as tennis courts and a water sports center. A long promenade connects the city center, which is 15-20 minutes walk from the apartment. 50 m from the apartment there is a bakery, a kiosk with newspapers and various necessities and a smoothie kiosk. Accross the street you can find the meeting point for the little touristic train station that connects the city center to tourist resorts Stella Maris and Polynesia depending which direction you want to go.
